General Information

Welcome to Floatscape Wellness Spa. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

  • Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of the appointment) will be charged the full session fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest. Full session fees still apply.

Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Medical Conditions: Floating and massage may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, severe skin conditions, infectious diseases, or uncontrolled high/low blood pressure). Consult with your doctor before booking.

  • Pregnancy: Pregnant clients in their second or third trimester may float with doctor’s approval.

  • Alcohol & Drug Policy: Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to float or receive a massage. No refunds will be given in such cases.

  • Hygiene & Cleanliness:

    • A pre-float shower is required to maintain hygiene in the float tanks.

    • Clients with open wounds, infections, or recent hair dye/tanning treatments should avoid floating to prevent contamination.

Liability Waiver

  • Clients understand that floating and massage therapy are voluntary wellness services and that Floatscape Wellness Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or lost personal items.

  • We take all necessary precautions to maintain safety and hygiene, but clients assume full responsibility for their own health and well-being during sessions.

Membership & Gift Cards

  • Membership Plans: Sessions included in memberships must be used within their validity period. Unused sessions may not be refunded but can roll over to the next month, depending on the plan.

  • Gift Cards & Packages: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before the expiration date.

Spa Etiquette

  • Respect for Others: Please maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere inside the spa.

  • Personal Belongings: Lockers are provided, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a float session. Those 16-17 years old may float with a parent’s consent.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Floatscape Wellness Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
