Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payments - All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or social media page. - Clients pay in person at the spa on the day of their appointment; we currently do not accept online payments. - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any forms and prepare for your treatment. - We accept cash, bank transfer, and GCash Cancellations and Rescheduling - Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late‑cancellation fee of 50% of the service price, payable before you can book your next appointment. - If you repeatedly cancel late (3 times or more), we may require full prepayment for future bookings. No‑Show Policy - A “no‑show” is when a client does not arrive for a booked appointment and does not contact us to cancel or reschedule. - No‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, which must be paid in person or via payment link before any new appointment can be booked. - Clients with repeated no‑shows may be asked to prepay in full for future services or may be refused future bookings. Late Arrivals - If you are late, your session may be shortened so we can accommodate clients scheduled after you. - Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time may be considered a no‑show and may incur the no‑show fee. Health, Safety, and Right to Refuse Service - Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your treatment. - For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if a client is unwell, under the influence, or behaves inappropriately; standard cancellation/no‑show terms may still apply.
